DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Horizontal image of a division of sailors on the flight deck. The men are wearing dungarees. A few men wear white “Dixie cup” hats, while most wear blue "Dixie cup" hats. All of the men appear to have light skin. The front row of men is seated, the second row is squatting and the third row is standing. Arthur Gardner is pointed out with an arrow and “Dad”. A mountain shoreline is in the distance. There is a white border around the image. There is a vertical crease down the center.
