DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white. Official vertical image of three officers coming aboard USS Intrepid. Sailors in dress white uniforms and enlisted white caps, also known as Dixie cups, are lined up to greet them. One of the officers, possibly the second in line, is likely Captain Edward C. Outlaw. The three officers are wearing khaki uniforms and combination caps. The first officer to step on board is saluting the sailors on Intrepid. All of the visible people have light skin.
