DescriptionPin, Insignia; U.S. Navy officer insignia pin that depicts a silver eagle with outstretched wings grasping a shield superimposed over two bronze fouled anchors. The shield has thirteen stars in two horizontal lines at the top with thirteen vertical stripes in an alternating relief pattern below. The pin has a brooch bar pin closure.
