DescriptionCap, Garrison; U.S. Navy drab green garrison cap with yellow fabric lining. There is an officer insignia pin on the front proper right side. The silver metal pin depicts an eagle with outstretched wings and a shield over two crossed fouled anchors. The shield has thirteen stars on the top and vertical stripes below. An officer's rank insignia silver metal bar pin is attached to the front proper left side. Its two large stripes indicate the rank of lieutenant. The cap has a brown leather sweatband around the interior. On the proper left side of the sweat band is a black handwritten inscription that reads "Ens. Masters".On View
