DescriptionBoard, Shoulder; Pair of U.S. Navy lieutenant shoulder boards (a) and (b) that are dark blue with two gold stripes and embroidered five pointed gold star. At the pointed end of each shoulder board is a gold button that depicts an eagle with outstretched wings gripping an anchor in its talons. There are 13 stars and a braided rope around the edge. The back has dark blue satin lining and a brown leather strap with gold snap button. The strap has imprinted text that reads "Natural finish // will not spot." An inscription on the snap reads "Scovill MF'g Co."On View
